Check list for Co-coordinators
 
  All co-coordinators will have to check the following points at the time of collecting Passports for India Visa.
Indian High Commission forms should be in duplicate with one form of Fayz-e-Husayni Karachi
All columns must be filled properly by the applicant, duly signed & photographs pasted on forms.
Indian High Commission control number should be same on both forms of Indian High Commission & Fayz-e-Husayni Karachi.
“Route” should be same on both forms.
 Place of visit should be same on both forms and only “Mumbai” & “Surat” will be acceptable
All documents should be visible as per requirements.
Note : After completing above checking you will have to make a receipt of Rs. 1500/- per head as “Donation” & Rs. 5000/- per head as “Security deposit” from your given login.
